Transmitter Info: The PetSafe® Instant Wireless Fence emits a signal field in a perfect circle around the transmitter. This shape is not changeable, which makes the product most useful for very large yards that do not have an existing traditional fence. You can adjust the signal field to range from a minimum of a 30 foot diameter to a maximum of a 180 foot diameter, though it is possible to use two transmitters to create up to a 330 foot signal field. The transmitter is not waterproof and must be installed indoors.
Wire: The PetSafe® Instant Wireless Fence does not require wire.
